    Special promotional or clearance items may not be eligible for return or exchange; please confirm before placing your order.
    Special note for car trash cans: Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been used or contains any residue. 2. Return and Exchange Period
    Returns and exchanges can be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
    Orders exceeding 30 days may not be eligible for return or exchange, but you can contact us to discuss possible solutions.
  2. Return and Exchange Process
    Contact customer service, providing your order number and reason for return/exchange.
    Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
    Return the product as instructed, ensuring the packaging is intact.
    Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund or reshipment.
  3. Refund Instructions
    Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
    Shipping costs are not included in the refund, unless the product has a quality defect.
    International orders may have slightly different refund amounts due to customs and exchange rate differences.
  4. Exchange Instructions
    For exchanges, the original product must be returned first, and a replacement will be shipped after confirmation.
    If the original product is out of stock, we will contact the customer to offer a refund or an alternative product.
  5. Shipping Cost Instructions
    For returns/exchanges due to reasons other than quality issues: shipping costs are borne by the customer.
    For returns/exchanges due to quality issues: shipping costs are borne by the company.
    When using third-party logistics for returns, please retain the tracking number for reference.
  6. Important Notes
    Please contact customer service to obtain authorization before returning any items. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
    For products damaged during shipping, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos.
